Boarding Information

  • Current vaccinations and a negative feline leukemia test are required.  Please bring proof with you when you check in.

  • If your cat has special needs, please tell us.

  • We provide everything your cat needs to be comfortable; however, you may bring toys, blankets, beds, etc.

  • All cats should arrive in a carrier or on a leash.  You are responsible for the safe delivery of your pet into and out of our facility.

  • Fleas or other parasites are not welcome at Kitty Condos.  If found, we will treat your cat to eliminate them and you will be charged for the treatment.

  • We feed high quality dry cat food; but if your cat has special dietary needs, please feel free to bring their food with them.

  • We will administer certain medications at a nominal charge.  Please provide written instructions.  Medications must be in their original prescription container.

  • If multiple cats in the same condo cannot get along, they will be separated and you will be charged accordingly.

  • Check-out time is during business hours only.  Sunday releases are by appointment only.

  • No cats will be released or received on Holidays.

  • Charges are due and payable at the time you pick up your pet.

8:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Saturdays

Why are we closed part of the day?

If you were on vacation, you would not be able to relax with people walking in and out of your hotel room all day long.  Most cats are the same way.  Our #1 priority is to the cats' comfort, and we try to limit their stress as much as possible.  We also use this time to spend with the cat one-on-one playing, brushing, etc.
